For example,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Read a book \u2192 Read one page<\/li><li>Write an essay \u2192 Write one sentence<\/li><li>Run 10 miles \u2192 Wear my running shoes<\/li><li>Do 100 push-ups \u2192 Do 1 push up<\/li><li>Eat more vegetables \u2192 Eat an apple<\/li><li>Study for interview \u2192 Skim through my notes<\/li><li>Build a program \u2192 Code a function<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea is to make it super easy to get started. Once you pass the starting point, which is arguably the hardest step, you start to gain momentum to keep doing the task itself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Read one page \u2192 Read 10 pages \u2192 Finish the first chapter<\/li><li>Write one sentence \u2192 Write an opening paragraph \u2192 Write the body<\/li><li>Wear my running shoes \u2192 Walk for 5 minutes \u2192 Run for 5 minutes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you can see, once you start, it is much easier to continue doing it.
